Reports are pending after an alleged foot pursuit in Emporia from this past weekend.
Early Saturday, Emporia Police arrested 29-year-old Gustavo Adolfo Lopez of Emporia. Police Capt. Ray Mattas says a traffic stop led to the alleged chase.
Formal charges have not been announced. LopeZ was arrested on suspicion of flee and elude, interference with law enforcement, aggravated child endangerment and several traffic counts including tampering with an ignition interlock device, no license, no insurance and driving under the influence.
