The Emporia Recreation Commission has a special meeting Tuesday.
Board members will gather at the Lee Beran Recreation Center to discuss budget matters, specifically whether to exceed the revenue neutral rate.
No other business is on the agenda.
The meeting is at 1:30 pm.
