Formal charges are pending after an alleged shots fired incident in Eskridge.
The Wabaunsee County Sheriff’s Office says the incident developed around 11:30 pm Saturday in the 300 block of South Main. At an unspecified time Saturday, deputies found 36-year-old Justin Goodspeed and arrested him on suspicion of aggravated criminal assault, criminal threat, criminal discharge of a firearm recklessly at an occupied dwelling, criminal possession of a weapon by a felon and disorderly conduct.
