Updates will be prevalent in the CareArc Board of Directors monthly meeting Tuesday.
Board members will get the standard monthly reports on medical, dental and pharmaceutical matters, as well as monthly financial and marketing reports. Policy updates on a range of pharmacy items will get some conversation. The consent agenda, where several items can be handled with one vote, will include second-quarter commission reports and 340B audits.
An executive session on unspecified financial matters is also scheduled.
