A low-level drug distribution case in Lyon County is moving towards resolution.
Darrell Walker accepted a plea agreement in his case. Walker was initially charged with three counts of distributing methamphetamine, including one of distributing a small amount of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of William Allen White Elementary. He was also charged with using a cell phone to commit a felony. The agreement includes no-contest pleas to two counts of distribution.
Sentencing will be Sept. 2.
