The Growing Greenwood Fund has announced USD 390 Hamilton as the winner of its annual grant.
Hamilton is getting $1,000 to support its after-school ROAR program, growing the sport of gravel cycling through education and equipment purchases.
The Growing Greenwood Fund is an affiliate of the Emporia Community Foundation. It awards grants once per year, usually in the late summer or early fall time period, with an eye towards community or economic development, education, health care or recreation projects.
