There has been a range of rainfall totals across the KVOE listening area following several rounds of showers and storms Monday and Tuesday.
The KVOE studios picked up 0.40 inches of rain, with 0.25 inches Monday and the remainder Tuesday. The Emporia Municipal Airport picked up 0.25 inches total, with over 0.20 inches Tuesday.

Dry conditions and highs near 90 degrees will mar the rest of the work week. There is a slight chance of a thunderstorm Friday night into Saturday and again Sunday night into Monday. Much cooler conditions — highs in the 70s — are possible by early next week.
