Red Rocks State Historic Site is welcoming the community to its latest 20th anniversary event.
Organizer and spokesman Roger Heineken says there will be a special Lawn Fest at Red Rocks, 927 Exchange, on Friday.
Activities will be from 7-9 pm, with tours and the ice cream social leading into music from Joe Foster, Archer Hawke, Hayden Knuth and Jeanna Scheve. Heineken says the tours will be different, simply due to ongoing work on the house.
Red Rocks opened to the public in May 2025. Earlier this year, the site has already had the official 20th anniversary open house and recently celebrated the 75th anniversary of the William Allen White Memorial in Peter Pan Park.
