CareArc’s Board of Directors has a lot of standard business ahead as part of its monthly meeting Tuesday.
As part of their regular meeting, board members will get monthly reports from Chief Medical Officer Tammy Black, Chief Dental Officer Regan Orr and Pharmacy Director Melissa Jackson. Chief Executive Officer Renee Hively will have a separate discussion about grants.
During the consent agenda, where several items can be handled with one vote, board members could approve the monthly CEO and human resources reports, as well as the 340B audits.
The meeting is at noon at CareArc.
Newman Regional Health’s Board of Trustees will meet at 3 pm Wednesday at the hospital. The agenda for that meeting has not been released.
