Jury trial is on the Lyon County docket in an aggravated arson case that has been developing since earlier this summer.
Judge Jeff Larson has set potential trial start dates of Sept. 29, Oct. 14 or Nov. 3 in the case against Mitchell Lindsey. Trial is tentatively set to take two days, regardless of the start date. A trial status hearing Sept. 24 is the next scheduled appearance in this case.
Lindsey is accused of aggravated arson after allegedly setting a small fire inside the College Apartments, 132 West 12th, on July 17. At least one person was inside the complex at the time of the alleged incident, according to prosecutors.
