Work continues on the Southeast Transmission waterline replacement project.
The latest evidence of that will be the closure of Seventh and Elm for about two weeks beginning Thursday. Also, a shorter-term project involves a tie-in at Seventh and Arundel as work continues in the 600 block of Arundel.
The overall project continues its general southeasterly push from 12th and Garfield to South and Carter over the next year-plus.
