Sentencing is ahead in a Lyon County case beginning with charges of aggravated burglary.
At a preliminary hearing this week, Freddy Sanchez accepted a plea agreement involving a no-contest plea on one count of theft. The aggravated residential burglary charge was dropped.
Sentencing will be Nov. 26.
Sanchez was charged after an alleged incident involving the theft of a power sander on September 2024.
