Xaden Delgado continued his strong start to the Emporia boys cross country season as he placed third overall at the Baldwin Invitational on Saturday with a time of 16:52.
Kasen VanSickle placed in 11th with a time of 17:41. On the girls side, Madison Evans placed 4th with a time of 20:08 and Emma Beatty finished in 5th with a time of 20:15.
Emporia is back in action on Saturday in Lawrence for the Rim Rock Farm Classic.
