Seven people were hurt, including an Osage City man, after a pair of wrecks in Wyandotte County on Sunday.
The Kansas Highway Patrol says the crash happened on Interstate 70 at mile marker 226 westbound just after 5 pm. Troopers say three people were out of a car that crashed and was disabled when a car driven by 34-year-old Julian Wahnee of Topeka lost control and rolled into the car and the pedestrians nearby.
Wahnee and three passengers were all taken to KU Med in Kansas City, Kansas, with suspected minor injuries. All three pedestrians, including 23-year-old Jason Kautzman of Osage City, went to KU Med with suspected serious injuries.
