Lyon County Commissioners will consider two resolutions related to tax programs as part of their regular action meeting Thursday.
Grant Administrator Garrett Nordstrom of Governmental Assistance Services will present said resolutions seeking support of applications through the Kansas Resources Corporation for the Moderate Income Housing and Kansas Housing Investor tax credit programs. Separately, commissioners will consider a request from Public Relations Director Vici Smith to pay the annual CivicPlus Website and SSL Management contract for a total of just over $9,200 to be paid for through CARES Act Fund dollars.
Two non-elected personnel executive sessions, both for employee evaluations, are also scheduled. The meeting will begin at 9 am inside the Lyon County Courthouse Commission Chambers.
