A new technology-based business is coming to Emporia.
The Emporia Area Chamber of Commerce has scheduled a ribbon-cutting ceremony for FixelCloud, a technology company that works with other businesses on “scalable cloud solutions, custom software and apps to help businesses grow and innovate.” The ribbon-cutting ceremony will be at 11:30 am Friday at the Trusler Business Center.
FixelCloud’s website indicates a regional office in Kansas City, Missouri, and current plans are to have a remote presence in Emporia before having a brick-and-mortar address. FixelCloud also has international operations in Dubai and Pakistan.
