The KVOE network of stations has two big Area Game of the Week broadcasts on Friday night, Burlingame travels to Lebo on Mix 104.9 FM while Madison hosts Northern Heights on Country 101.7.
Burlingame is 3-1, coming off of a bounce back win over Centre last week 48-0. Head Coach Jeff Slater knows Lebo is a team that is playing with a lot of confidence, and says that the Bearcats will have to be ready to go on Friday night.
Lebo has won three games in a row after a 46-0 win at Hartford last week. Wolves Head Coach Brian Hadley says that he has a lot of respect for Burlingame, and knows they will have to play their best to beat the Bearcats.
Pregame coverage begins at 6:40 and kickoff at 7 p.m on Mix 104.9.
In our other game, Madison seeks their first 5-0 start to a season since 2021, while Northern Heights looks to get back on track after a loss last week.
Madison Head Coach Nate Teichgraeber has been pleased with his team so far this season, coming off of a 46-0 win at Yate Center last week. Now the Bulldogs face a 1-3 Northern Heights team that fell to Flinthills last week. Teichgraeber say don’t be fooled by Northern Heights’ record, they are a physical team that has to be respected.
