Court processes have started for an Emporia man accused of mistreating a dependent adult.
Riley Biester-Greeve was set for a preliminary hearing this week, but that was delayed to Nov. 10. Defense attorney Ty Wheeler had asked for a continuance due to schedule conflicts.
Biester-Greeve is accused of mistreatment, which has an alternate of battery. He also faces one count of criminal restraint after an alleged incident last month.
