The Lyon County Highway Department has two notable projects now underway.
The Highway Department has closed Road 200 between Road R and Burlingame Road. This lets crews replace a cross-road culvert. There is no word on when the road will reopen other than it will be closed until the work is done.
Separately, traffic on the Road F or Lockerman Road bridge between Roads 150 and 155 is now down to one lane as bridge approaches are repaired. Stoplights are in place to help with traffic near the work zone. This setup will be in effect until the approaches are fully repaired. There is no word on when that will take place.
