Emporia High School is sending Girls Kelsey Shull to the 5A Girls Golf State meet after the Junior qualified for state at Monday’s regional hosted by Seamon. Shull qualified for state by finishing 20th overall.
She shot 118 and +45 and will compete at the State Championships hosted at the Emporia Municipal Golf Course from Oct. 20th to the 21st.
Former Emporia golfer Elise Eckert had a 2nd place finish in the region, as she shot 75 and +2 to earn the silver medal for Seamon High.
