Membership of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7957 are encouraging members of the community to attend the group’s open house at the post Saturday.
In addition to a general invitation, post members are encouraging law enforcement personnel, first responders and current and prospective Match Day donors to attend.
The event will be at the post headquarters, 302 South Commercial, from 9 am to noon. Refreshments will be served.
Post members say this is a way for the community to learn more about what the club does for veterans and the area as a whole. They also see it as a way to get more information about its rental opportunities and memberships.
