An Emporia woman who had an extradition request dismissed in Lyon County last year for alleged drug activity in Ohio is back in court — again for alleged drug items in Ohio.
Sarah Elizabeth Bell, age 40, is now in the extradition process after allegedly leaving Greene County, Ohio, earlier this month after a conviction on “conspiracy to commit illegal manufacture of drugs.” Her next hearing in this fugitive from justice case is Nov. 12.
Bell was charged as a fugitive in April 2024 after allegedly leaving Greene County, Ohio following charges of illegal manufacture, aggravated trafficking and aggravated possession. That case was dismissed in June 2024.
Bell has a separate drug possession case underway in Lyon County District Court. The next hearing in that case is Nov. 14.
