There are slight to moderate chances of showers Monday night through Wednesday afternoon.

Accumulating rainfall appears to be ending for the time being.
Intermittent rain since around 2 am Friday has led to some healthy rain totals, including 2.1 inches total at the KVOE studios and 1.93 inches at the Emporia Municipal Airport.
Drizzle is possible Sunday, but little to no accumulation is expected. Showers are also possible but unlikely Monday night through Wednesday.

9 am Saturday: More accumulations expected Saturday after over 1 inch of rain in many areas
Over an inch of rain fell in some parts of the KVOE listening area Friday into Saturday morning. And more rain is expected.
Between 2 am Friday and 9 am Saturday, the KVOE studios got 1.40 inches of rain as showers and embedded thunderstorms continued for much of Friday. Other totals:

More showers are likely through mid-evening Saturday, with showers possible but unlikely Sunday. Up to 0.75 inches is expected for the rest of the weekend.
