The Madison Bulldogs defeated the Chase County Bulldogs 26-14 on Friday Night in Cottonwood Falls. Cruz Leiser led Madison with 218 yards rushing on 25 carries and 3 touchdowns in the win.
Olpe football hits the road to Topeka to face Cair Paravel on Saturday evening. The Eagles suffered just their second loss of the season when they lost a close, 36-22 game to Rossville last week to fall to 5-2. Olpe now shifts their focus to a Saturday night game at Washburn University against 2-5 Cair Paravel, a team that won 54-14 over Maranatha Christian Academy last week. Olpe Head Coach Chris Schmidt feels Cair Paravel’s offense presents a challenge.
