A lot of regular business is ahead for the CareArc Board of Directors monthly meeting.
Board members will get the regular monthly medical, dental, pharmacy and financial reports. They will also consider the latest credential and privilege requests before discussing a new board effect platform and a minor change to the organization chart. An executive session on financial matters is also planned.
The meeting is at noon at CareArc.
Newman Regional Health’s Board of Trustees will meet at 3 pm Wednesday at the hospital. The agenda has not been released.
