Court processes are underway in a Lyon County arson case.
Seth Giroux made his first appearance in District Court on Tuesday and was scheduled for a preliminary hearing Nov. 17.
Giroux was arrested Friday after an alleged incident earlier in the day. Further incident details have not been released. Giroux is charged with single counts of arson, marijuana possession and paraphernalia possession.
