Railroad work is coming outside a southeast Emporia manufacturer next week.
Starting Monday, there will be rail maintenance outside Norfolk Iron and Metal — a project that could last up to three weeks, according to City Communications Manager Christine Torrens.
South Avenue will be closed to thru traffic at Norfolk through that process.
