Two Emporia State volleyball players have been named MIAA Players of the Week following a 2-0 week that included a road victory at #3 Nebraska-Kearney on Saturday. Junior Brailee Bogle is the Setter of the Week after putting up 48 assists in ESU’s win over the Lopers as E-State moved back into a one-setter system. She had 26 assists running the 6-2 earlier in the week against Fort Hays State. Freshman outside hitter Emma Klett is the Offensive Player of the Week after going for 15 or more kills in each match hitting .283 with 18 kills against the Tigers and 15 terminations on Saturday at UNK including eight in the fourth set. ESU is at home for their final week of the season beginning Thursday against #7 Central Oklahoma. First serve is set for 6:00 p.m. in White Auditorium.
