Two athletes at Emporia High signed their National Letter of Intent on Wednesday. Standout volleyball player Jade Xu will suit up for Emporia State next year. Kali Keough will be joining the tennis team at Fort Hays State.
Xu helped lead the Lady Spartans to a 24-12 record. The senior finished her career with over 1,000 kills. In her final year, she averaged 4.8 kills and 3.3 digs a match.
Keough finished fourth at the 5A State Tournament last month in singles.
