The Emporia Metropolitan Area Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals both have business ahead of them when they convene Tuesday.
The Board of Zoning Appeals will convene first and consider the minutes of its August meeting before considering a request for a variance from the maximum size of an accessory structure at 110 South Pine. The Planning Commission will then consider the minutes of its August meeting before taking up discussions on a requested vacation of a utility easement at 2301 Industrial Road.
The meeting will begin at 6 pm Tuesday inside the Municipal Courtroom at White Auditorium.
