A Lyndon woman was hurt in a crash in northwest Osage County early Monday.
The Kansas Highway Patrol says the wreck happened just before 12:15 am at the junction of West 189th and Scranton, four miles south of Scranton and about 10 miles north-northwest of Lyndon. The crash log says an SUV driven by 33-year-old Kathrynn Pence was southbound and went through the T-intersection, hitting the south embankment afterward.
Pence was taken to Stormont-Vail Health in Topeka with suspected serious injuries. She was wearing her seatbelt at the time of the crash.
