Three players in double figures paced the way for Osage City on the girls slate to give the Indians a 51-21 victory on Friday.
Emory Speece led all scorers with 19 points along with Kaelynn Boss and Jewelia Kistelmann each adding 10 points.
Ava Wilson led Chase County with six points.
Osage City improved to 1-0 while Chase County falls to 0-2.
On the boys side, Chase County and Osage City had played four out of the last six games between each other to one possession and Friday was no different.
In a a back and forth affair, Osage City won 63-62 stealing an inbound pass at the buzzer. The Bulldogs held a 16-11 lead at the end of the first quarter, Osage City leading at the half 31-29. The third quarter saw a fast paced contest with Chase County taking a 48-47 lead to end the fourth.
Reed Silver led the way for Osage City with 26 points, going 6-6 from the foul line down the stretch in the final quarter.
Wyatt Griffin led Chase County with 18.
