Commencement activities are coming this weekend for Emporia State University.
Ceremonies for graduate students will start at 6 pm Friday, while activities for undergraduate students begin at 9:30 am Saturday. Both sets of ceremonies will take place t White Auditorium and will feature remarks by Kansas Board of Regents member Alycia Johnston. ESU Roe R Cross Distinguished Professor John Decker will speak at the undergraduate ceremonies.
Doors open 90 minutes before activities begin. Residents with accessibility issues are encouraged to arrive early and use either the accessible seating on the floor or the second-level concourse or to request the wheelchair or transport chair by calling 620-341-5222.
