The roster announcements for the 53rd Annual Kansas Shrine Bowl were made on Sunday. Eighty-eight football players heard their name called to participate in the game in June.
Only one area athlete got the nod, Kasen Parsons of Osage City. He will join his coach, Andrew Gantenbein on the East team.
The Kansas Shrine Bowl will take place for the 53rd time on Saturday, June 27th, 2026 at Welch Stadium in Emporia, Kansas on the campus of Emporia State University.
The Kansas Shrine Bowl is an all-star high school senior, East vs. West, football game put on each year in Kansas, by the Shrine Bowl of Kansas Inc. It is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that produces annual events and related activities, with net proceeds benefiting Shriners Children’s. The Kansas Shrine Bowl has sent $3.36M to Shriners Hospitals for Children.
