A New York man has a pretrial conference in March after allegedly driving a semi while drunk through Lyon County this past weekend.
Petro Gnatkiv, age 51 of Brooklyn, was arrested Sunday after allegedly driving a semi at seven times the legal limit for operating a commercial motor vehicle, which is 0.04. Gnatkiv currently faces single counts of misdemeanor DUI and transporting an open container of alcohol.
Following a first appearance Tuesday, Gnatkiv will have a pretrial hearing March 25.
