The Emporia Metropolitan Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals have their first meetings of 2026 Tuesday.
The Board of Zoning Appeals will have two items on their agenda to consider, both requests for a variance one from the maximum height of a sign at the Brownstone Addition and the other for the maximum side and front yard required build to line at 1401 Industrial Road. There are no items on the agenda for the planning commission aside from approving the minuted of their prior meeting.
The meetings will begin at 6 pm inside the Municipal Court Room at White Auditorium.
