Court proceedings have been delayed in a Lyon County burglary case.
Chase James Dickens, age 24 of Emporia, has been charged with single counts of aggravated residential burglary, battery, criminal damage and criminal deprivation of property after an alleged incident on or about Jan. 15.
Following the first court appearance last week, a preliminary hearing has been delayed from Feb. 4 to March 23 with prosecutor Ashley McGee replaced by Leah Torrens.
