The Emporia State football team is set to announce its 2026 recruiting class next week. The program is holding its annual Signing Day Bash at Champions Landing in Emporia on Wednesday, February 4 with a social hour beginning at 6:00 p.m. They’ll begin introducing ESU’s next batch of Hornets at 6:45 p.m. Head coach Garin Higgins will give his thoughts on the class and position coaches will talk through recruits at their position. The event is open to the public. The Hornets went 5-6 with a 4-5 record in 2025.
