Formal charges are pending against an Emporia man accused of sexual exploitation and other crimes.
Emporia Police officers arrested Nicholas Aaron Rodriguez on Wednesday on suspicion of exploiting a child, as well as three counts of violating a protection order and two counts of stalking.
Officers have not detailed the case behind this week’s arrest.
