Spartans Place 4th Against Centennial League Foes

Emporia boys wrestling finished fourth Saturday at the Centennial League Duals hosted by Washburn Rural in Topeka.

Manhattan took the top spot out of the six schools. Washburn Rural slid into the second spot. The Black and Red picked up dual wins over Topeka High, 41-32, and Hayden, 57-24.

Bryan Cubias, Garrett LeBlanc, Kolton Wyatt, and Holden Timmons led the Spartans each going 4-1.

Emporia travels to Hays for Regionals on Saturday, February 21.
