At the start of the 2025-26 NFL season, Matt Davis had no allegiances to the Seattle Seahawks; however, following the Super Bowl and conclusion of the annual Country 101.7 FM and Triad Leasing Watch The Chiefs Promotion, safe to say that might change just a bit.
Davis was one of 16 contestants in the annual promotion that sees the winner, the individual who draws the Super Bowl winning team, take home a brand new 4K ultra HD television courtesy of Triad Leasing. Patrik Engberg of Triad says they always look forward to the promotion, saying it is a great way to inject a little more local excitement into the big game.
Engberg adds that Triad is always happy to step up and donate the television each year, saying giving back to the community has always been important for the Triad family.
This year was the first time that Davis qualified to win the television in six years. He says his first attempt at winning the contest couldn’t have gone better.
Throughout the NFL regular season, listeners to Country 101.7 FM had a chance to name two mystery players during each game. Successful participants then qualified for the chance to win the television and also received a free one-topping pizza from Gambino’s.
