Local wrestlers competed Friday and Saturday at Silver Lake High School in Girls Regional action in 321A. Nine area athletes were able to finish top eight in their weight class and advance to the State Tournament.
Council Grove will be sending four girls. As a team, the Braves finished tenth. Chase County and Northern Heights each had two girls advance.
