The Lyon County Board of Zoning Appeals and Metropolitan Area Planning Commission meet Tuesday.
The BZA has one agenda item, a request for variances, including the maximum sigh height and the number of signs at Miller Financial Group, 2923 West US Highway 50.
There is also one agenda item for the Planning Commission, a request to rezone 1028 Whittier — the former Abundant Harvest food kitchen location — from Commercial to Flex-Use Low.
Election of board chair and vice chair will conclude Planning Commission business.
The meeting starts at 6 pm Tuesday at the Municipal Court Room.
