Playoff basketball gets underway next week in Girls 1A. KSHSAA released the Sub-State brackets on Wednesday.
In 1A Division 1, Olpe received an opening round bye as the three seed at the Clyde-Clifton Clyde HS Sub-State. The Eagles matchup with the winner of Clyde-Clifton and Onaga. Olpe will host the winner on March 2.
Burlingame travels to White City to face Rural Vista in the same bracket. The eight-nine game is on Tuesday, February 24.
In 1A Division 1, Madison was placed seventh in the Madison HS Sub-State. The Bulldogs open at home against Fairfield on Tuesday, February 24.
In 1A Division 2, Marais des Cygnes Valley earned the two seed at the Hartford HS Sub-State. The Trojans await the winner of Altoona-Midway and Southern Coffey County on March 2.
Lebo slid into the three seed. The Lady Wolves will host the victor of Elyria Christian and Chetopa on March 2.
Waverly earned the final quarterfinal bye. They will travel to St. Paul on March 2.
