Illusionist Bill Blag is set to host a magical evening inside the Emporia Granada Theatre this weekend.
The nationally renowned illusionist will be bringing his show Family Magic to the Granada stage Friday night. The performance sees Blagg blend storytelling and “jaw-dropping magic, comedy and heart” to create a one-of-a-kind experience for attendees.
Emporia Arts Council Director Dawn Young, a guest of KVOE’s Morning Show Thursday says the evening will be a great experience for the whole family to enjoy and one that will include some never-before-seen illusions.
Blagg’s appearance comes as part of the 2026 Performing Arts Series, which will also include an appearance by UPTOWN, a Minnesota-based music group that presents a high-energy and entertaining blend of classic songs and dance.
UPTOWN will appear at the Granada Saturday, March 7th at 7 pm and will be followed by California-based 10-piece orchestra The Remotes on Saturday, March 28th.
Tickets are still available for all upcoming performances and can be purchased online at Emporiaksarts.org or by calling 620-343-6473.
