Playoff assignments for 2A and 3A basketball teams were released by KSHSAA on Saturday.
In the Haven 3A Sub-State, Council Grove boys received the 15 seed and will travel to Hesston on Thursday. On the girl’s side, Council Grove opens on the road Friday at Cheney.
In the West Franklin 3A Sub-State, Osage City boys will host Iola on Thursday in the eight-nine matchup. The girls from Osage City earned the two seed and will host Columbus on Friday.
In the 2A Northeast Sub-State, Chase County boys travel to Uniontown on Friday. The girls will host Humboldt on Thursday.
In the 2A Mission Valley Sub-State, First round boy’s games include Lyndon hosting Doniphan West and Northern Heights traveling to St. Mary’s. NH girls hit the road to Mount Academy while Lyndon earned the two seed and takes on Atchison Co Community on Thursday.
The KVOE Family of Stations will broadcast select playoff games.
