Kansas lawmakers are deep into the 2026 legislative session, and the Emporia Area Chamber of Commerce has announced a Legislative Dialogue in Emporia on March 14.
Residents are encouraged to attend the event at Emporia Presbyterian Manor, 2300 Industrial Road. Light refreshments will be available at 8 am, with the update starting around 8:30 am.
District 17 Senator Mike Argabright has been invited to attend, as have District 60 Representative Mark Schreiber and District 76 Representative Brad Barrett.
The Chamber of Commerce and the League of Women Voters Emporia chapter are coordinating to organize this event.
