Having recently been sentenced to probation in an Emporia arson case, Seth Giroux is awaiting a decision on formal attempted murder charges.
Giroux was arrested late Wednesday night on suspicion of domestic violence attempted murder, as well as several traffic counts like reckless driving, expired registration and no drivers license. Giroux was also arrested on suspicion of criminal damage.
Last fall Giroux was charged with arson and drug possession charges before reaching a plea agreement on the arson count. He received probation and restitution at sentencing last month.
