Emporia Police officers have arrested a man on suspicion of criminal sexual activity and another on suspicion of kidnapping.
Luis Hernandez-Ortiz, age and hometown not listed, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of two counts of rape, as well as two counts of aggravated sodomy and one count of kidnapping.
Separately, authorities arrested Michael Baldridge on suspicion of aggravated kidnapping, aggravated battery and aggravated assault.
Details are pending with both cases.
