Emporia High soccer defeated Wichita Southeast 7-0 in Wichita on Monday.
Ariella Macias opened the scoring with two minutes left in the first half on a shot from outside the 18. Emporia led 1-0 at halftime.
The Lady Spartans pulled away early in the second half. Viveca Fuller scored two minutes in, followed by a goal from Rylie Mitchell a minute later. Aracely Alemann added another with 27 minutes remaining.
Mitchell scored again with 20 minutes left. Emersyn Johnson added two goals at the 19- and 18-minute marks to finish the scoring.
Emporia improves to 4-2 and will host Cair Paravel on Thursday.
